Oranges For Children Who Adopt Ship Dr. Strong (Director of Education) distributing the oranges. The children of West Green School, Tottenham have received a consignment of oranges from the ship adopted by them through the Ship Adoption Society Scheme, in return for gifts and comforts and articles made by them for the ship's crew. The children, physically defective, are doing fine work in appreciation for the Merchant Navy's grand job. February 23, 1943.
