Swiss Stamps To pay Olympic Costs - The four new Swiss Olympic stamps, which will be in use as from today. The amount of surtax on each is shown as plus to the original cost. The Swiss Government, which has guaranteed a sum of 350,000 Swiss francs to meet the cost of the ten days' Olympic winter Games at St. Moritz, have issued a series of four special Olympic stamps of 5, 10, 20 and 30 centimes, each with a surtax, the sales of which are expected to defray half of the guaranteed amount.
