Canadian to Defend European and World Skating Titles -- Miss Barbara Ann Scott, 19-year-old Canadian figure skater of Ottawa, Ont., who will leave for Europe on Dec. 18th when she will defend the European and World titles which she won last year. The competitions are being held in Prague, Czechoslovakia and Davos Switzerland respectively.
