Beryl Returns to the Ballet :Young but veteran ballet dancer, 23-year-old Beryl Grey, one of the leading ballerinas of the Sadlers Wells Company, has been away for six months owing to illness. Now after a holiday in Sweden with her husband, Dr. Sven Svenson, she is fit again, and will return to the ballet at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, next Tuesday, to dance in "Les Syphildes". Beryl has been ballet dancing for 19 years, and this picture shows her on her first day's rehearsal in reasiness for next Thursday. September 06, 1951.
