Salt vessel on oval base with spire glass container, company Bennewitz and Bonebakker, 1807 The salt vessels each consist of a scale -shaped oval base, which rises in the middle to the Spitsovale container. Both parts are higher on the sides. A filet edge has been applied to the top of the foot on the outer edge. The container of colorless glass has a corrugated top edge and is sharpened with an edge of diamond heads above a jet wreath. The container is attached to the foot by means of a silver screw with a golden cup that is visible on the inside of the container. The trays of A, B and D are damaged. Dish with Foliated Rim, 12th century, 1 x 8 1/2 in. (2.5 x 21.59 cm), Ding ware White porcelain with moulded relief décor under clear glaze, China, 12th century, This rare dish has an octagonal foliated rim and molded designs. The main motif is two flower-holding birds with outstretched wings. The background is decorated with floral sprays. The raised edges of the rim are left unglazed, indicating that the dish was fired upside down on the rim as is typical of Ding ware. The firing of Ding wares occurred in an oxidizing kiln environment, imparting a warm quality to the creamy-colored glaze.

Square model with rounded corners. The embroidery is located exclusively along the edge of the tissue. The pattern consists of a chain of diamonds, alternately worked up and equipped with a star flower, a rosette flower with four leaves and a flower with six round petals. Small leaf branches spring between the diamonds. The side is slightly wrinkled on the textile and has a repeating pattern of a one -sided leaf with a mushroom with a recess. The magazine originates from the pattern along the lower edge that consists of a chain of lying arcs that form the scrap edge. The scrap edge is finished with picots. The motifs are made in linen battle with openwork edges and recesses. The motifs are connected by a wasting ground: a square Valenciennes ground. Drinking Vessel (Hanap; one of a pair) 1320-60 French Hanaps, or drinking vessels for wine, are frequently mentioned in 14th-century inventories. Few have survived, however, as silver plate was often melted down to realize funds for the owner. Wine, customarily diluted throughout the Middle Ages, was poured to the top of the boss and then water was added to the flare of the bowl, roughly in the proportion of four to one.. Compass of Louis de Boisot. Louis de Boisot was an admiral from Zeeland. He is chiefly remembered for leading the forces that breached the dikes around Leiden during the Spanish siege of the city. The rising water forced the Spaniards to flee, and Boisots flotilla was able to sail into the city on 3 October 1574. This compass bears his family arms and is reputed to have belonged to him.
