I have known a boy for four years and I like him a lot. He's often told me he likes me, too, and when he came back from his holidays recently he asked me to go steady with him, However, a few days later he said he'd changed his mind about this because I am too young for him. Do you think age matters I still see him a lot and he's constantly in my thoughts. Sparkling Eyes Whether or not age difference matters depends largely on the respective ages of the couple. A girl of 16 and a boy of 22 probably wouldn't have much in common but when the girl is 22 and has achieved a mature outlook she could be a suitable companion for a man of 30. June 16, 1952.
