A Sao Tomense lady sells a fruit called Jaca, on the road side in Sao Tome. The fruit was originally from Brazil. It weighs on average between 3 to 5 kilos. It requires a distinct process to eat it. It is full of seeds the size of nuts that must removed aswell as a very sticky gum. The fruit is sweek and yellow and very tender.
