Australia's most remarkable boxer, Russell Sands, has a strong chance of becoming national champion despite a distinct physical infirmity.Sands has a crippled left leg which would put boxing out of the question for most boys. But with brother Dave providing an inspiration and also giving great encouragement, Russell determined to make the grade.Paralysis in his childhood left him with his left leg shorter than his right and also stopped the growth of his left foot.
