Natural disaster in the 1950s. The small community Surte outside Gothenburg. On september 29 at 08.11, 1950, a mass of earth started to move and slide downwards the river Göta Älv. The houses on the area followed along the moving earth, some collapsed, some was turned upside down. Fortunately only one person died in the accident but over 450 people were homeless.

Hully Gully was a type of unstructured line dance and consisted of a series of steps and was relatively simple and easy to execute. Hully Gully can be seen performed by actor John Belushi in the film Blues Brothers. Notice the typical BeeHive hairdo on the girl.
