Richard Fox is a New Yorker, born and bred. He has honed his skills over 30 years as a draughtsman in the media of watercolor and oil. He now lives in California and uses his new home as a backdrop to paintings of the beautiful vineyards, mountain scenery, and of course the Pacific Ocean.
