Staff quartermaster sergeant Henry Adams of the Royal Army ***** corps was ordered to move from one mess to another. This would have involved him washing with corporals and so he refused. Yesterday he faced a court martial at Bicester, Oxfordshire, on a charge of disobeying the order of his commanding officer. S.Q.M.S.
