Winter Sports At Murren, Switzerland - Murren is famous for its ski-ing School and many Well-known amateur skiers have trained there under the supervision of the best instructors in Switzerland. There are two distinct areas around Murren particularly frequented by skiers, the Nursery Slopes for beginners, and the Allmendhubel Mountain (known to English visitors as the Bubble). The Bubble is reached by funicular and it is the start of innumerable runs back to Murren. The descent of the Bob Run is one of the easiest and is a favourite amongst beginners.
