When Wings Weren't Wanted -- The big Dragon Rapide 'plane, Tainui, found its wheels more useful than its to-day. Its tail was fastened to a lorry outside a wharf at Daring Harbour, and it was towed through the streets to Mascot Aerodrome. The 'plane, which was used in the Centenary Air Race, arrived from New Zealand yesterday. It is here for the consideration of persons who may want to buy it. June 03, 1935.
