When The Navy Gets Down To It...The Royal Navy's under-water men have an extensive wardrobe, as is suggested-by-this trio, seen during training at Portsmouth. Arthur Wiscombe of Portland is wearing a standard diving suit weighing a total of 187 pounds - the boats weigh 20 pounds each. It can be used at a depth of 300 feet where the prosecure is 150 pounds to the square inch.
