Weston gives 16 Warplanes to R.A.F. -- Willard Garfield Weston, millionaire member of parliament and biscuit manufacturer, is shown with his family at their London home. On Aug. 8, Weston gave a check for $400,000 to the Ministry of Aircraft for the Purchase of 16 fighting planes, to replace that number of Hurricanes and spitfires which were lost on that day in a battle with German planes over the England channel.
