The repeating pattern consists of a concatenation of tilted U-shaped motifs. They form one row between two narrow straight jobs, also top and bottom of the strip. The opening of U-shapes is always on the same side, but alternately slanted up or sloping down. One half of each you are wider and more open than the other half, but unfinished. The clutched narrower halves are decorated with bowets with picots and piquelated points.
