Tragic Level - Crossing smash at Hawkesbury River, NSW., When the Kempsey Mail train crashed into a bus at a level-crossing near Hawkesbury River (NSW) station on January 20, 16 bus passengers were killed. Four members of one family were among the victims. The bus was cut in halves and smashed to matchwood.
