Top row, left: the left side of the elevation of the central part is shown. The colonnades begin at the central portico in the first floor. They stand upon a dado in front of which are the stairways. There are also doorways in the basement. A colonnade connects the upper parts of the porticoes which are projecting considerably. Top row, right: the elevation of a portico flanked by a stairway and of a colonnade. Center: an elevation. The first design showed the central building rising over an enormous colonnade and flanked by steeples. Pyramids flanked by pythons were drawn over the lateral parts of the colonnade and colonnades were added in their dados.
