The Army's supply line was long drawn-out to-day (Wednesday), when 18-year-old recruit Harry Readings attended a kitting-out parade at the Guards Depot, Caterham, Surrey. For Harry, formerly a gas fitter of Brookside, Ascot, Berkshire, is 6ft. 8½in. tall, weights over 14 stone and takes size 13 in footware.
