The motifs are connected by a Maas soil, a tulet. Along the bottom of the strip, the tulet overlooks a job of slurry ground. The contours of the round petals are accentuated with a thicker and shiny wire. Such a same wire has also been used to accentuate the transition from the tulet to the slurry ground and the slippers along the bottom of the strip. The top of the strip is straight finished. The shelters along the underside are finished with picots.
