Under a scattering pattern of bow ties there is a repeating pattern of one-sided directed rose branches with three twigs along the underside of the strip. On the top two twigs there is a leaf or a rose bud and also a rose with five petals. A larger flower depends on the lower twig in a hemisphere shult. The motifs are made in sparingly applied and loose linen, with thicker and shiny contour wires. The motifs are connected by a fine Maas soil, a Mechelen soil. An ornamental ground has been applied in the open worked flower hearts of the larger flowers. The top of the strip is straight finished. The sloping edge along the bottom of the strip is finished with picots.
