The repeating and geometric pattern consists of a concatenation of diamond-shaped motifs, which form a wide path over the center line of the strip. The windows have an open-worked edge or a cut-away center. The motifs are connected by a maas soil, a fat mat of grille. A concatenation of spindle-shaped recesses in the mesh soil forms a decorative edge along the bottom of the strip. The motifs are made in linen stroke with open editors. Both the full work and the recesses are largely equipped with thick contour wires. An ornamental ground has been applied in the windows with a cut-away center. The top and bottom of the strip are straight finished, the underside with picots.
