Under a scattering pattern of hanging round flowers with one leaf lies a decorative belt along the underside of the strip, which is built up with jointed and slightly shaking rectangles. The edges of the rounded rectangles are thin branches with whimsical leaves. The lower edge forms a curl inwards, from which a sprig of round leaves fires and fills the center of the rectangle. Between the consecutive rectangles, a narrow cutter edge is filled with ovals in linen stroke, without contour wires. The motifs are connected by a fine Maas soil, a Mechelen soil. The sparse fullwork is made in linen stroke with thicker and shiny contour wires. The top of the strip is finished with a separate splitting strap. The underside is probably finished and provided with picots, but this is no longer clearly clear due to limited damage.
