The motifs are made in linselag with openwork edges and some fine recesses. The motifs are placed close together and are connected to each other by short braids, which seem to form the start of a grille. Upper and bottom of the strip are straight finished and a strip of linen has been attached along both sides with a narrow strip of work with merged wires. The side is probably manufactured in the Southern Netherlands, the demolition probably in the northern Netherlands.
