Starting Blocks For Olympics Starting blocks for the sprint events demonstrating position of feet is shown in a demonstration at Cambridge today April 7. The feet pads can be adjusted to any angle and distance from the ground. They were perfected by H. Rottenburgc, Inventor and scientific engineer. The British Organising committee for the summer Olympics have disclosed that revolutionary equipment for track and field events is to be used.
