Spain, Catalonia, Barcelona. "El Bornet". Old market stalls in the vicinity of the church of Santa Maria del Mar. Its existence dates back at least from the 15th century, although it acquired greater importance throughout the 19th century. The area was affected when the walls were demolished in 1874, but "El Bornet" was transformed by the Universal Exhibition of 1888.
