South African Heavyweight - Plus South African heavyweight-plus, Ewart Potgieter, 7 feet 2 inches, dwarfs former world champion Freddie Mills, himself no stripling, and Joan Walker, on his arrival at Victoria Station, London, from Paris today (Tuesday). Ewart, who weighs 22 stone 7 pounds, is in London to prepare for his first fight in England a white city on September 13. Ewart 8½ inches taller than Primo Carnera, was discovered then working on a farm a hundred miles from Johannesburg.
