The event was sponsored by the Army's Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation and the Army's Synthetic Training Environment Cross Functional Team. STE-IS is comprised of the Training Simulation Software (TSS), the Training Management Tool (TMT) and One World Terrain (OWT), all of which were capabilities integrated onto the Reconfigurable Virtual Collective Trainer (RVCT) at STP 2B.
