Sloganed car in support of King Edward VIII during the Abdication crisis of December 1936. The king's desire to marry the American divorcee Wallis Simpson split the government. Eventually, Edward chose to abdicate the throne in favour of his younger brother, Albert (George VI) and married Wallis the following June. Date: 10th December 1936
