Sister-Ship of Missing Submarine -- The United States submarine 0-9 has been missing since she submerged in a routine dive at 10:36 a.m. (EDT) off the Isles of Shoals, near where the submarine squalls sank two years ago, it was announced at ports-mouth navy yard this afternoon. Yard officials said the missing submarine carried two officers and thirty-one men.
