Ink, tempera, and gold on vellum; sheet: 22 x 16.7 cm (8 11/16 x 6 9/16 in.). A large initial A introduces the opening words from Psalm 25, Ad te levavi animam meam (Unto thee have I lifted up my soul). The volume to which this leaf belonged may have been produced in the scriptorium of the Benedictine Abbey of Saint Peter at Salzburg.
