1924 - in this silent comedy, a man wakes up in an empty cable car that goes at full speed. When he realizes there is no driver, he panics and shouts for help. Another man stands on top of the cable car, trying hard to keep his balance. He disconnects the coupler from the overhead wire to slow down the cable car, but it keeps on going while he hangs precariously from the coupler. In the end, he drops into the passenger seat of a passing car.
