1919 - in this silent comedy, the cook in the kitchen has soot on his face. A gardener is watering the garden. When steam comes out of the kitchen, the gardener aims the hose at it, thinking it's a fire, accidentally spraying the man inside. When a neighbor arrives, he accidentally sprays him too, which only increases the neighbor's anger. Infuriated, he shakes the gardener. The former's daughter interferes.
