Scuffle In South Africa -- A man is kicked during pavement fight Monday in Johannesburg, South Africa, when supporters of Prime Minister Daniel F. Malan's Nationalist government, broke up a rally of the opposition United Democratic Front. Thirty-two persons were injured and two others were arrested after the angry mob stormed the meeting composed mainly of 2,000 Torch Commandos (ex-servicemen) who have spear-headed the attack on Malan's policies.
