Says Wiling To Cooperate -- Luis M. Taruc, 40, right Philippine Communist Huk leader, tells Manila Times newsman Ben Aquino he is willing to cooperate with the new administration of President Ramon Magsaysay. While scattered reports of rebels giving up reached military headquarters in Manila, Philippine army troops were ready to launch a major campaign against the Huks. The government held out little hope that the main group would capitulate. The Taruc interview took place in the mountain fastness north of Manila and is the first the rebel leader granted since 1950.
