Many of them are townsmen, all had different jobs before the war; now they want tournament settle down in the country and strike out afresh, at the jab they think will prove satisfying -- The training centre, which provides an intensive six months' course, is owned by the Rural Industries Bureau, which runs it on behalf of the Ministry of Labour.
