Road Census -- Gloucestershire Country Council are conducting a detailed census of the routes of traffic passing through Gloucester, with a view to the planning of new trunk roads. Here is a picture taken on the London - Gloucestershire road, near Gloucester, showing traffic being held up for questioning.
