The building is presented from an oblique angle and set against a cloudy sky. It is elevated on a high podium of rusticated masonry. The two story main block has a hexastyle portico and attic, one story wings laterally with aedicule framings at the central of their three windows. The central colonnade is of Doric order. On the attic level, six statues are displayed, positioned on the facade, between round windows. Trees and bushes are depicted in front of the house, especially towards the edges of the sheet.
