Post officers will sell a special Queen Victorian commemorative stamp for a month from October 17. The stamp (right), will be green and will cost 3½d. It will portray Queen Victoria and incorporate features of stamps of her reign. Date of issue coincides with the opening of the Australian Philatelic exhibition in Adelaide.
