Permanent Tomb Of King George V. At Windsor - The Tomb of King George V in the nave of St. George's Chapel Windsor. It is immediately apposite the memorial to the Duke of Kent, father of Queen Victoria and great grandfather of King George V. Surmounting the tomb which has been designed by Sir Edward Lutyens P.R.A. is the recumbent figure of King George V. bearing the uniform of an Admiral of the Fleet, and Garter robes.
