Pastor Hall (Niemoller):Sometimes even more drastic punishment is given. Any case of insubordination, however small, means the whip. Here the Pastor Niemoller (Wilfred Lawson) is being punished for raising his voice in defence of an in justly treated fellow-prisoner. Whippings are invariably performed with the true Nazi love of ceremony and pomp. A special platform made in the form of a rough table is brought out and the victim shackled to it.
