Pakistan's High Commissioner Arrivers - With Flag - Mr. Habib Ibrahim Rahintoola (right) with the Pakistan flag on arrival at Heathrow.Bringing with him the flag of the new Muslim Dominion of Pakistan, Mr. Habib Ibrahim Rahintoola arrived at London Airport, Heathrow, to be the first High Commissioner in London of the new Dominion. He was garlanded on arrival by sympathisers from London's Indian colony, but because theplane landed an hour early the High Commissioner was at the airport before the bearers of the garland.As a result of the constitutional changes in India, the work of the Indian High Commissioner in London is being divided up between two High Commissioners representing Pakisan and Hindustan.
