Pacific Ocean, April 2, 2011 - A fuel line is connected between the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204) and the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76) to transfer fuel during a replenishment at sea. Ronald Reagan is off of the coastline of Japan to provide disaster relief and humanitarian assistance as directed in support of Operation Tomodachi.
