Nocturnal: Here is- one night's haul of cockroaches from the home of Mr. A. Wills, at Boundary-street, Croydon, one of those invaded by millions of the pest, thought to breed in a nearby brick- pit. Homes in Webb and Boundary Streets are also badly affected. Residents trap the cockroaches in jars containing a bait of one part of fluoro-silicate and two parts of cocoa. May 29, 1945.
