A New Plane For B.E.A. -- British European airways have just signed a contract for 24 ***** D.H. 121 jet airlines which with spares will cost £28M. The new plane will be powdered by three rear. Mounted rolls royce by-pass jet engines, the RB163, and it is designed to carry 80-100 passengers on stage lengths up to 1,200 miles operating from runways less than 6,000 ft.
