New Hat Worn By Princess When She Named New Road This attractive hat fashion was worn by the Princess when she named the new road at Crawley. The thorough fare has been called Manor Royal. Princess Elizabeth, who yesterday returned to London from Sandringham, where she has been staying with the King and Queen, to-day (Wednesday) visited this Sussex town where she opened a new road through the new area here. Mr. Silkin, Minister of Town and Country Planning, accompanied the princess. January 25, 1950.
