Neville George Clevely Heath, 29-year old pilot, appeared at the West London police court for the fourth time. He is charged with two murders - the first, that of Mrs. Margery Gardner at the Pembridge Court Hotel, Notting Hill on June 20th. Second, that of Doreen Marshall, 21-year old exwren of pinner, at Branesome dene chine, Bournemouth on July 1st. He was sent for trial at the old bailey.
