Mr. Perc Hlackshaw Randwick racecourse garden superintend Pere Blackshaw has been preparing flowers specially for the four days October spring meeting for as long as 18 months. He knows that some flowers planted in March last year will be at their must colorful for the races on October 4, 6, 8 and 11.
