Mr. Eric Pearce (above) has been appointed director of programs for the Major Network.This announcement was made today by the chairman of the management committee of the network and general manager of The Sun station, 2UE, Mr. J. Ridley.Mr. Ridley said that the expanding operations of the network on a nation-wide basis, called for the appointment.Mr Pearce, whose headquarters will be in Sydney, at present is general manager of 5KA, Adelaide.
