A 16-months-old boy (above) suddenly became ill at his Guildford home yesterday.The boy, Guy John Evans, of Guildford Rd., Guildford, son of a Japanese war bride, is believed to have eaten a poison bait set to catch a rat.Mrs. Aiko Evans said about three weeks ago a large rat had attacked Guy and his two and a half-year-old sister Janice while they were asleep.The rat had bitten them on the fingers.Mrs. Evans said, "I took Guy into our bed because he looked cold and tired.
